What we build for your wedding

A full HoReCa team for a wedding covers 4–5 core roles, depending on guest count and service style (plated, buffet, or mixed). PHE can supply a single role (only the bartenders, say) or the entire crew.

All packages include 2h backup guarantee, contract and VAT invoice, standard black uniform. Switching to buffet instead of plated cuts crew cost ~50% (waiter ratio 1 per 25–30 guests). Rates vary by experience, venue and season — request a custom quote.

How it works for weddings

  1. 01Request a quote (at least 2 weeks ahead)

    Send the date, venue, guest count and service style. We reply within 4h with a custom quote.

  2. 02We confirm the crew

    We propose the full crew with names, experience, photos. For weddings with a special menu (vegan, kosher, gluten-free), we select candidates with proven experience.

  3. 03You sign and stop worrying

    Service contract + 30% advance at confirmation. Balance due 14 days post-event.

  4. 04Wedding day — PHE on-site coordination

    A PHE coordinator is on site 30 min before and throughout. They sync directly with the venue and your wedding planner.

FAQ — weddings

How far in advance should I book?+

For summer season (May–September), aim for 4–6 weeks ahead. For off-season (October–April), 2 weeks is enough. For under-7-day urgent requests we still respond, but availability is tight at peak season.

Do you work with venues that have in-house catering?+

Yes. Many venues bundle waiters in the catering package, but often the count is too low for a larger wedding or the team isn't specialized for your event type. We top up or partially replace the venue crew — in agreement with the venue.

Can I pick each person individually?+

Yes, for specific needs (fluent English, specific experience, polished look). For larger crews (>10 people) we set up a video call with the proposed team.

What uniform do they wear?+

Standard: black trousers, white shirt, bow tie or tie, black apron, closed black shoes. If you have a special wedding dress code (coloured shirt, vest, all-black, themed), we coordinate with the candidates.

What happens if someone doesn't show up?+

2h backup guarantee. We have pre-confirmed standby candidates for every wedding. At peak season, our contract includes a penalty if we're the cause of an uncompensated no-show.

Do you work in cities other than Bucharest?+

Yes, nationwide. For venues >30 km from Bucharest we add transport. For overnight venues we add lodging. We confirm at quoting.

Can I add or remove people in the final week?+

Yes, subject to availability. Last-7-day additions carry a +20% urgent premium. Reductions trigger a penalty only if we cancel confirmed people with less than 72h notice.
