Rates are for Bucharest. Out-of-city events get transport added and, where needed, lodging. For recurring clients (3+ events/year) we discuss framework terms with consolidated invoicing and 30-day payment — see the FAQ below.

How it works for a corporate event

  1. 01Brief (online or call, 30 min)

    Event type, date, venue, headcount, catering style, dress code, languages required, ballpark budget. For recurring events (annual Christmas party) we brief once.

  2. 02Quote within 4 working hours

    Written quote with proposed crew (role + count), rate per role, total with VAT, payment terms, backup guarantee. New clients: 30% advance at confirmation.

  3. 03Crew confirmation (within 48h)

    Once the quote is accepted we confirm the crew with names, relevant experience, photo on request. For sensitive roles (embassies, fine dining) we extend vetting.

  4. 04Event day — on-site coordination

    Crew arrives 30 min ahead. A PHE coordinator is on site for the final briefing with the organizer. Direct communication throughout via a dedicated number.

  5. 05Debrief and invoicing

    Post-event two-way feedback. Invoice issued within 5 working days, e-Factura per OUG 120/2021, with itemized role and hour breakdown.

FAQ — corporate events

How far in advance should I book a Christmas party?+

For the December season, aim for 6–8 weeks ahead. Demand in November–December exceeds availability — late-confirmed events get limited options on senior staff.

Do you have candidates who speak English?+

Yes. A share of our active candidates have conversational English, and for events with international press, VIP guests or ambassadors we filter for fluent level before confirming. Flag bilingual needs in the brief from the start so we plan correctly.

Do you only work in Bucharest?+

No, we cover the whole country. For venues over 30 km we add transport. For overnight venues we add lodging. We have a recurring network in Constanța (summer season) and other main cities — the rest are covered with crews from the nearest city.

Can I keep the same crew for every recurring event?+

Yes, where availability allows. For framework contracts or recurring events (annual Christmas party, quarterly launches) we try to keep the same crew that already knows your culture and venue. It cuts briefing time and lifts service quality.

Do you sign NDAs for confidential events?+

Yes. For pre-launch reveals, diplomatic events or VIP events we sign per-event NDAs with every crew member supplied. For recurring clients we accept an annual framework NDA.

Do you have a framework contract for clients running multiple events a year?+

Yes. For companies running 3+ events a year (Christmas party + launches + conferences) we discuss framework terms: volume discount, consolidated monthly or quarterly invoicing, dedicated account contact, 30-day post-invoice payment.

Do you have flair bartenders for brand launches?+

Yes, we have a handful of flair-experienced bartenders in the active pool. Book at least 2 weeks ahead — there are few of them and their calendar fills fast in season. Rate is separate from standard bar service.

Can we deduct VAT on the PHE invoice?+

Yes. All PHE invoices include 19% VAT. For Romanian VAT-paying companies, full deductibility per the Tax Code. Issued as e-Factura per OUG 120/2021.
