We build crews for product launches, conferences, Christmas parties, team building, galas and networking dinners. We supply staff only — we're not an event agency, we partner with event organizers, PR firms and HR/marketing teams running their own events. Vetted candidates, many with conversational English.

Our busiest stretch (November–December). For 150–250 employees plus partners: 5–8 waiters, 2 bartenders, 1–2 hostesses. Book 6–8 weeks ahead.
Cocktail party plus presentation. Image and signature drinks first: 4–6 premium waiters, 2–3 cocktail bartenders, 2–3 bilingual hostesses. Optional: 1 flair bartender for the show.
Hybrid format: coffee breaks plus business lunch plus optional closing cocktail. 3–5 waiters rotating across sessions, 1–2 baristas, 2 hostesses for registration and ushering, 4–6 waiters for the business lunch.
Relaxed format, outdoor or activity venue. Lean crew: 2–4 waiters (grill / buffet), 1 bartender for the mobile bar, 1 optional hostess. Price varies a lot with venue — transport is often needed.
Formal protocol. Typical crew for 250+ guests: 8–12 waiters, 2–3 runners to keep pace, 2–3 bartenders, 2–4 ushers, 1 PHE on-site coordinator. Coordinated plated service, strict pacing.
Small format (15–50 guests), discreet, service polish first: 2–4 senior waiters (fine-dining experience), optional 1 sommelier for wine pairing, 1 bartender for aperitifs and digestives.
Concrete example of a full crew for a mid-size corporate party:
Rates above are indicative for Bucharest during peak season (December). For venues outside the city we add transport and, where needed, lodging. For bilingual briefs or international-guest events we filter for English level before confirming.

Event type, date, venue, headcount, catering style, dress code, languages required, ballpark budget. For recurring events (annual Christmas party) we brief once.
Written quote with proposed crew (role + count), rate per role, total with VAT, payment terms, backup guarantee. New clients: 30% advance at confirmation.
Once the quote is accepted we confirm the crew with names, relevant experience, photo on request. For sensitive roles (embassies, fine dining) we extend vetting.
Crew arrives 30 min ahead. A PHE coordinator is on site for the final briefing with the organizer. Direct communication throughout via a dedicated number.
Post-event two-way feedback. Invoice issued within 5 working days, e-Factura per OUG 120/2021, with itemized role and hour breakdown.
For the December season, aim for 6–8 weeks ahead. Demand in November–December exceeds availability — late-confirmed events get limited options on senior staff.
Yes. A share of our active candidates have conversational English, and for events with international press, VIP guests or ambassadors we filter for fluent level before confirming. Flag bilingual needs in the brief from the start so we plan correctly.
No, we cover the whole country. For venues over 30 km we add transport. For overnight venues we add lodging. We have a recurring network in Constanța (summer season) and other main cities — the rest are covered with crews from the nearest city.
Yes, where availability allows. For framework contracts or recurring events (annual Christmas party, quarterly launches) we try to keep the same crew that already knows your culture and venue. It cuts briefing time and lifts service quality.
Yes. For pre-launch reveals, diplomatic events or VIP events we sign per-event NDAs with every crew member supplied. For recurring clients we accept an annual framework NDA.
Yes. For companies running 3+ events a year (Christmas party + launches + conferences) we discuss framework terms: volume discount, consolidated monthly or quarterly invoicing, dedicated account contact, 30-day post-invoice payment.
Yes, we have a handful of flair-experienced bartenders in the active pool. Book at least 2 weeks ahead — there are few of them and their calendar fills fast in season. Rate is separate from standard bar service.
Yes. All PHE invoices include 19% VAT. For Romanian VAT-paying companies, full deductibility per the Tax Code. Issued as e-Factura per OUG 120/2021.
