Cluj rates run 10–15% below Bucharest for entry/mid roles, but match for senior roles. For events in residential areas (Bonțida, Beliș, Apahida) we add transport organised from Cluj. For permanent contract hires (hotels, restaurants), the PHE fee is configured per client based on position complexity.
For permanent hires (employment contract at a restaurant or hotel), Romanian market norms sit at 1–2 monthly salaries of the placed candidate, depending on seniority and urgency. For one-off events (Bonțida weddings, Cluj corporate galas) we bill per event with a complete crew — request a personalised quote.
Cluj isn't a seasonal market — most candidates are local and don't need lodging. For events in residential areas outside the city (Bonțida, Beliș, Apahida) we organise transport for the crew. For candidates relocating from another city on a permanent contract, PHE arranges a rental with local partners for the first 1–2 months.
For small-crew events (1–4 people) or central Cluj venues, candidates use their own car or public transport — fares reimbursed where applicable.
