Cluj rates run 10–15% below Bucharest for entry/mid roles, but match for senior roles. For events in residential areas (Bonțida, Beliș, Apahida) we add transport organised from Cluj. For permanent contract hires (hotels, restaurants), the PHE fee is configured per client based on position complexity.

For permanent hires (employment contract at a restaurant or hotel), Romanian market norms sit at 1–2 monthly salaries of the placed candidate, depending on seniority and urgency. Lodging and transport — Cluj

Cluj isn't a seasonal market — most candidates are local and don't need lodging. For events in residential areas outside the city (Bonțida, Beliș, Apahida) we organise transport for the crew. For candidates relocating from another city on a permanent contract, PHE arranges a rental with local partners for the first 1–2 months.

Do you work for events at Bánffy Castle in Bonțida?+

Do you have staff for UNTOLD afterparties?+

Yes. In August demand for bars and mobile bars at UNTOLD afterparties and parallel events is intense — book at least 6 weeks ahead. For an intense afterparty week we can supply a rotating crew across consecutive days.

How much does a waiter cost for a Cluj wedding?+

Standard Cluj-Napoca wedding: mid-level waiter 400–500 RON for an 8h shift. For Bonțida, Beliș or Apahida venues we add transport (50–80 RON per person) or an organised minibus for larger crews.
