PHE has an active candidate pool in 4 main Romanian cities. For events or hires elsewhere, we send a crew from the nearest hub with transport and, where needed, lodging included. We don't turn down a brief just because we lack a local hub — we cost the logistics and come back with a quote.

FAQ — locations
Do you only work in the 4 hub cities, or elsewhere too?+
For the 4 cities with a local hub (Bucharest, Constanța-Mamaia, Brașov & Poiana, Cluj-Napoca) we have local candidates and standard pricing. Elsewhere in the country we send a crew from the nearest hub, with transport and (where needed) lodging in the quote. We don't refuse a brief because of geography.
How does logistics work for a city without a hub?+
We add transport to the quote (50–150 RON per person, distance-dependent), lodging for multi-day events (150–250 RON per night per person) and a per diem for long trips. We recommend at least 14 days' notice to optimise logistics costs and confirm the crew.
Which cities have the highest job volume for candidates?+
By volume: Bucharest (year-round), Constanța-Mamaia (summer), Brașov-Poiana (winter). Cluj-Napoca has steady year-round but lower volume. For senior categories (sommeliers, head bartenders) most postings are in Bucharest.
Can I work as a candidate if I'm in a city without a hub?+
Yes. Sign up noting “available for temporary relocation” — for the Mamaia (May–September) or Poiana (December–March) seasons, most PHE candidates come from other cities and receive free or token-cost lodging.
Are there pricing differences between cities?+
Yes. Bucharest has the highest rates (national reference). Cluj-Napoca: 10–15% lower at entry/mid roles. Urban Brașov: tracks Cluj. Seasonal (Mamaia summer, Poiana winter): monthly rate with lodging included, not per-event. Details on each location page.
