Plus significant tips from international guests — for a mid-level 4★+ hotel waiter, realistic total is 6,000–9,000 RON net per month in season. Urban Brașov tracks Cluj/Sibiu: 4,000–5,500 RON gross/month for a permanent waiter.

Poiana seasonal recruitment rates vary by role complexity, position count, urgency and included benefits (lodging, transport, meals). The standard for a 3–4 month seasonal contract is 50–80% of one candidate's monthly salary, with adjustments for recurring partnerships (a hotel renewing year on year). For one-off events (Bran/Râșnov weddings, Brașov corporate galas) we bill per event — request a personalised quote.
Lodging conditions on Poiana
Winter-season differentiator: lodging is almost always included for seasonal candidates. Hotels keep dedicated staff rooms; smaller restaurants share rented apartments. PHE checks each employer's conditions before recommending candidates.

Standard request (5–10 people for a Poiana hotel or restaurant): confirmation in 1–2 weeks. Urgent under-7-day requests (e.g. replacing staff after season start): 48–72h — but availability is tight at peak (January–February).
Do you have permanent contracts in Brașov or only seasonal?+
Yes. Urban Brașov (old town, year-round 4★ hotels) offers permanent contracts — the employer recruits directly through the PHE platform, posts the job, gets applications. On Poiana most offers are seasonal (3–4 months), but the larger year-round hotels also hire permanent staff.
