Factors that influence the final rate
- Experience level required
- The junior vs senior gap can be 50–100% on the rate. Standard weddings: mid is enough. Fine-dining: senior is required.
- Event location
- Bucharest: standard rate. Snagov / Mogoșoaia / Otopeni: +50–80 RON / person transport. Other cities (Brașov, Cluj, Mamaia): +lodging + per diem + transport.
- Season
- May–September (wedding peak): rates can rise 10–15% due to demand. October–April: standard or slightly reduced.
- Event duration
- Standard rates are for 8h. For longer events (10–12h), proportional + fatigue factor (~+10% above linear). Above 12h we organize a two-shift rotation.
- Request urgency
- Under 48h notice: urgent premium +20%. Under 24h: subject to availability (50–80% success rate in Bucharest, lower elsewhere).

Mid bartender: 600–700 RON / 8h. Cocktail bartender with premium mixology: 850–1,200 RON. For weddings above 250 guests we recommend 2–3 bartenders. For flair show, separate €750–1,500 package.
Do the rates include VAT?+
Rates above are pre-VAT. 19% VAT is added on invoice.
Can I pay off-the-books to save the VAT?+
No. For events we work exclusively on a service contract with a PHE invoice + VAT. For the buyer, VAT is partly or fully deductible if you're a registered business; for individuals it's a final cost. Either way, contract + invoice are protection: if there's a no-show or issue, you have legal recourse. For permanent roles recruited through the PHE platform, the employment contract is signed directly between employer and candidate (PHE invoices only the matching service).
What does it cost for events outside Bucharest?+
Add: transport (50–150 RON / person depending on distance), lodging where applicable (150–250 RON / night / person), per diem for longer trips (50–100 RON / day / person). Snagov / Mogoșoaia / Otopeni: 50–80 RON / person transport. Buftea / Brănești: 80–120 RON.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
New clients: 30% deposit on team confirmation. Balance due 14 days post-event on invoice. Recurring clients (restaurants, hotels, predictable-volume organizers): billed at the end of the agreed period (monthly for frame contracts).
Is there a discount for large packages?+
For 15+ person teams: ~5% indicative. For frame contracts with predictable monthly volume: 10% to 15% off depending on volume. Rates and discounts are indicative — PHE configures per client; request a personalised quote.
